Reservations

  • Table reservations are subject to availability.

  • We ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or amendments.

  • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking.

  • For parties of 6 or more, reservations require manual confirmation from our team. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking has been approved.

  • We reserve the right to release a table if guests are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice.

Christmas & Festive Pre-Orders

  • A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required to secure all Christmas party bookings.

  • Pre-orders must be submitted at least 7 days before your booking date.

  • Once submitted, pre-orders can be amended up to 7 days before the booking date by contacting us directly.

  • The deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day.

Deposits

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, your deposit will be returned in full.

Private Hire

Dietary Requirements & Allergies

  • We take allergies seriously. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking.

  • While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

General

  • Crofters @ The Courtyard reserves the right to refuse service.

  • These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website.
